3x3" Low Row Footplate Attachment | Fitness Canada™

The Low Row Footplate Attachment for 3x3", 1" Hole Racks by Fitness Canada™ is a heavy-duty steel accessory designed to convert your power rack or functional trainer into a commercial-grade seated row station. Engineered for maximum stability, it provides a firm, angled brace for your feet to maintain proper body positioning and drive maximum power during heavy cable pulls.

Built to integrate seamlessly with 3″ x 3″ uprights featuring 1″ pin holes, this footplate features an integrated quick-adjustment knob that allows lifters to easily extend or shorten the plate’s distance. This ensures optimal leg extension, leverage, and comfort for athletes of all heights.

Constructed from high-gauge steel with a durable powder-coated finish, this attachment is built to handle heavy pulling loads in demanding commercial facilities and serious home gym setups without flexing or shifting.

Note: Power rack, functional trainer, cable machine, and attachments are sold separately. Always verify rack upright compatibility (3" x 3" with 1" holes) prior to purchase.
