Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Fitness Canada™.
1. Warranty Period
All warranties begin on the date marked as delivered by the carrier.
Warranty duration is as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Website-listed warranty coverage applies to residential (home) use. For commercial use, all products are covered by a one (1) year warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Warranty Coverage by Product Type
Free Weights (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Weight Plates)
Covered Remedy: Replacement with new product
Warranty applies to structural integrity under normal and intended use.
Strength Racks & Cardio Equipment
Covered Remedy: Repair or replacement if repair is not commercially reasonable

- Labor
- Reasonable shipping costs
3. Shipping & Labor Coverage
- Replacement parts shipping is covered
- Approved repair labor is covered
Fitness Canada™ reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
4. Transferability
This warranty is transferable and applies regardless of ownership history, provided valid proof of original purchase is available.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage or surface scratches
- Upholstery or grip wear
- Rubber deterioration due to improper use
- Consumable components (cables, belts, bearings, pads, grips)
- Surface rust from environmental exposure
- Outdoor storage damage
- Water exposure damage
- Improper installation
- Overloading beyond rated capacity
- Unauthorized modifications
- Misuse or negligent handling
- Structural modifications to property
Shipping damage must be reported under the Shipping Policy and is not considered a warranty issue.
6. Conditions of Coverage
- Use equipment according to specifications
- Maintain equipment appropriately
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide photos or videos upon request
Failure to comply may result in denial of warranty claims.
7. Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components only.
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of income
- Personal injury beyond statutory requirements
Warranty coverage does not extend to refunds beyond the terms defined in the Refund & Return Policy.
