Fitness Canada™ offers online ordering with in-store warehouse pickup for customer convenience.

1. Pickup Scheduling
Customers must call 1–2 hours in advance to schedule pickup to allow sufficient time for order preparation.
Phone: (403) 455-0871. Orders will not be prepared without prior notice.
2. Identification & Order Verification
At pickup, customers must provide order confirmation. Valid identification may be required if necessary.
Third-party pickup is permitted; however, the representative must provide order confirmation details.
3. Vehicle Requirements
- Adequate weight capacity
- Legal suitability for transporting goods
- Compliance with traffic and transportation regulations
Fitness Canada™ reserves the right to refuse release of goods if the vehicle is clearly unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Loading Assistance & Risk Transfer
Complimentary loading assistance is provided. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon completion of loading.
- Vehicle damage
- Improper load securing
- Transportation damage after pickup
- Injury during customer handling or transport
Fitness Canada™ is not responsible for the above circumstances.
5. Inspection at Pickup
Customers must inspect goods at the time of pickup, including product condition and quantity accuracy.
Failure to raise concerns at pickup constitutes confirmation of complete and satisfactory delivery.
6. Storage & Unclaimed Orders
Orders may be stored free of charge for up to ninety (90) days from the date of order.
- Orders may be cancelled after 90 days
- Refunds will be issued with deductions
- A 25% administrative and storage fee will apply
Customers are encouraged to arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Refunds & Returns After Pickup
All pickup orders remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Transportation-related damage occurring after pickup is not eligible for claims.
