Refund & Return Policy
At Fitness Canada™, we stand behind our products and are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return standards.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must include original packaging, all accessories, and must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse.

2. Returns Due to Quality Issues
- Product defect
- Missing parts
- Component malfunction
- Manufacturing issues
Fitness Canada™ will cover return shipping costs and may accept returns of assembled equipment.
Customers may choose between a full refund or replacement parts at no cost.
3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
- Change of mind
- Space limitations
- Buyer preference
- Other non-product-related reasons
In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Assembled equipment is not eligible for return.
4. Pre-Order Products
Pre-Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund with no cancellation fee. Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.
5. Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final Sale and Clearance items are eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to standard condition and packaging requirements.
- Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Clearance items after 7 days are not eligible
6. Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photos of damage, packaging condition, and any visible carrier issues.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit claim eligibility.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If not possible due to technical limitations or force majeure, refunds may be issued via cheque, e-transfer, or another mutually agreed method.
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items beyond 7 days
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Unauthorized returns
- Assembled equipment (non-quality reasons)
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Fitness Canada™ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet stated criteria.
9. Installation & Usage Disclaimer
- Improper installation
- Floor damage
- Structural modifications
- Misuse or overloading
- Failure to follow instructions
Returns will not be accepted for issues resulting from improper installation or misuse.
