This Shipping Policy applies to standard freight shipments within Canada and forms part of the Terms of Service of Fitness Canada™.
1. Shipping Coverage
Fitness Canada™ provides freight shipping across Canada from our Calgary warehouse. Shipments primarily consist of palletized large fitness equipment transported via freight carriers.
We do not offer parcel-based express shipping. Shipping methods are determined at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Free Shipping Policy
Orders exceeding CAD $3,000 (before tax) qualify for Free Shipping within Canada.
- Applies to standard ground freight delivery
- Does not include expedited services
- May exclude remote or hard-to-access locations
For such locations, Fitness Canada™ reserves the right to adjust shipping methods, request additional charges, or cancel the order if delivery is not commercially feasible.
Customers will be contacted to arrange the best available solution if delivery cannot proceed as expected.
3. Shipping Fee Cap
For orders under CAD $3,000 (before tax), shipping fees are calculated based on actual freight costs, with a maximum cap of CAD $400 within Canada.
Fitness Canada™ absorbs any freight cost exceeding this cap.

4. Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days of placement. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified within 24 hours.
