Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Fitness Canada™.

1. Definition of Pre-Order

Pre-Order products refer to items that have departed the port of origin and are currently in transit to Canada but have not yet arrived at our warehouse. These products are not considered in-stock inventory.

A Pre-Order does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

2. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

Each Pre-Order product includes an estimated time of arrival (ETA), which is provided for reference purposes only and does not constitute a contractual delivery guarantee.

  • Port congestion
  • Labor strikes
  • Railway delays
  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing
  • Other force majeure events

ETA may be affected by the above factors and should be treated as an estimate only.

3. Dispatch Commitment

Pre-Order products are excluded from our standard 2-business-day dispatch commitment. The dispatch timeline begins only after the product has arrived at our warehouse and is ready for fulfillment.

Risk of loss remains with Fitness Canada™ until the product has been officially dispatched.

4. Pre-Order Pricing & Discounts

Pre-Order products may be offered at up to 15% below regular retail pricing. Pricing is locked at the time of purchase and will not be adjusted based on future price changes.

Pre-Order discounts may be combined with applicable Free Shipping or Free Delivery programs unless otherwise specified.

5. Order Fulfillment & Split Shipments

If a Pre-Order includes multiple products arriving in separate shipments, Fitness Canada™ may fulfill the order in multiple deliveries without additional shipping charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel a Pre-Order at any time prior to dispatch. A full refund will be issued with no cancellation fee.

Fitness Canada™ reserves the right to cancel and refund any Pre-Order if fulfillment becomes commercially impractical due to supply chain disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Quantity Limitations

We reserve the right to limit Pre-Order quantities. The total quantity available for Pre-Order will not exceed the quantity currently in transit.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All Pre-Order products are covered by the same warranty, service standards, and return eligibility as regular in-stock products, effective upon delivery.
