At Fitness Canada, we stand behind our products and are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return standards.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Product must include original packaging
• All accessories and components must be included
• Product must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse

2. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If a return is requested due to:
• Product defect
• Missing parts
• Component malfunction
• Manufacturing issue
We will:
• Cover all return shipping costs
• Allow return of assembled equipment
• Offer the customer the choice of:
• Full refund, or
• Replacement parts (at no cost)
3. Returns for Personal Preference or Non-Product Reasons
If a return is requested due to:
• Change of mind
• Installation space limitations
• Buyer preference
• Any reason unrelated to product quality
Then:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Assembled equipment is not eligible for return
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
4. Pre-Order Policy
For all Pre-Order purchases:
• Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment
• Full refund will be issued
• No cancellation fees apply
Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
5. Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final Sale and Clearance products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions remain subject to the same packaging and condition requirements stated above.
Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Clearance items beyond 7 days from delivery are not eligible for return.
6. Shipping Damage Claims
Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
• Clear photographs of damage
• Packaging condition
• Visible carrier damage
Failure to report within 24 hours may limit claim eligibility.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If refund to the original method is not possible due to force majeure or technical limitations, we may issue payment via:
• Cheque
• E-transfer
• Alternative agreed method
Refund processing time may vary depending on financial institutions.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Gift cards
• Clearance items beyond 7 days
• Products explicitly marked as non-returnable
• Products returned without authorization
• Assembled equipment returned for non-quality reasons
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated criteria.
9. Installation & Usage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
• Improper installation
• Floor damage
• Structural modifications
• Misuse or overloading
• Failure to follow product instructions
Returns will not be accepted for issues resulting from improper installation or misuse.
