The Apex 1.0 Power Rack with Functional Trainer & Lat Pulldown by Fitness Canada™ is a complete all-in-one strength training system designed for serious home gym setups. Built with 3x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, it delivers the stability and durability required for heavy lifting while combining multiple training functions into a single compact footprint.

This system integrates a full power rack, lat pulldown and low row station, and an expandable functional trainer, allowing users to perform a wide range of exercises including squats, bench press, pull-ups, cable movements, and full-body strength training. Equipped with 220lb weight stacks on both sides, it is designed to support both beginner progression and advanced performance training. Attachments included with the Apex 1.0 are four D-handles, two spotter arms, and one wide grip lat pulldown bar, J-hooks are not available with this unit.
