3x3" Seal Row Pad Attachment | Fitness Canada™

The 3x3" Seal Row Pad Attachment by Fitness Canada™ is a specialized power rack accessory that elevates and supports your torso to perform chest-supported rows, spider curls, and upper-body movements with zero lower-back strain. By isolating your upper body and eliminating spinal loading, this attachment prevents momentum cheating so your lats, rhomboids, and rear delts take on 100% of the work.

Engineered with 8 positional angle adjustments (flat, incline, and decline), the pad quickly pivots to target specific areas of your back, shoulders, or arms. Unlike standard 12-inch wide workout benches that restrict arm extension, this attachment features an optimized 9.625-inch narrow pad width. This narrower profile allows your shoulders to protract and round forward smoothly for a deeper stretch and maximum muscle recruitment at the bottom of every rep.

Constructed from heavy-duty commercial steel and high-density supportive foam, this 45 lb attachment mounts directly to your rack using 6 mounting holes and 2 heavy-duty pins, saving valuable floor space compared to bulky standalone seal row benches. Beyond seal rows, it serves as a versatile torso brace for incline/spider curls, chest flyes, rear delt flyes, hip thrusts, and
